Lionel Martin will design your Kettlebell workout to meet your individual needs and goals.
If your goal is strength, power, speed, or endurance your workout will vary considerably. If your goal is all around fitness you will get a program desighned around all of the former.
If your primary goal is fat loss we will be employing a large amount of complexed exercises. This means compound exercises performed without rest leading up to the next exercise.
For increased lean body mass we strive to be under tension for rounds of 60 seconds but sets will vary between 45 seconds and 2 minutes, that way when some muscles tire out other will have to pick up the slack.
