Capital Growth Properties (GCP) is a private real estate investment company. CGP's growth strategy is to acquire, develop and manage a diverse portfolio of real estate assets located throughout the United States composed primarily of retail, office and industrial properties.

Capital Growth is currently acquiring 55 retail properties. Closings have occurred on 24 Dollar General anchored properties including 19 in Texas and 5 in Alabama. It is the first of a series of acquisitions planned for Capital Growth in 2007.
