Capital Growth Properties seeks to acquire or develop a diverse portfolio of properties. Our portfolio's core investments will include high-occupancy properties with minimal near-term lease rollover. A smaller portion of the assets will be in enhanced-return properties, which are higher-yield and higher-risk investments. Capital Growth will actively seek to manage and reposition these properties for maximum return.

When making an acquisition, Capital Growth will evaluate the performance and risk characteristics of individual investments and how that investment will fit in the overall portfolio.
