Chief Construction Officer Capital Growth Properties, Inc. Kevin Kynerd is currently the chief executive officer of, and a principal with, Bradford Building Company, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. He is primarily responsible for business development and corporate administrative functions. Bradford Building Company, Inc. employs 80 people and is currently involved in retail, institutional, light industrial, office construction and custom residential. In addition to his responsibilities with Bradford Building Company, Inc., Kevin has been involved in the real estate business both as a developer and as an investor. His real estate involvement has primarily been in retail and office properties. Many of these projects involve national credit tenants and are located in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Texas and Colorado. A 1989 graduate of Samford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Kevin also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Samford University in 1991. He began his 17-year construction industry career with BE&K Construction Company in Birmingham, serving as a project cost engineer. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kevin has been involved in civic and charitable activities including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Young Life of Birmingham, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Associated Builders and Contractors Legislative Committee, The Big Oak Ranch (David Toms Invitational Board) and the Compass Bank Young Executive Board.
