Prior to founding and developing Capital Growth Properties, Inc., William Buchalter served Prudential Securities, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Division Field Officer in New York in charge of implementation of the firm strategy and objectives west of the Mississippi River. His area of responsibility held client assets totaling more than $120 billion. In addition, Buchalter was the creator of the firm's Private Wealth Management Division which helped enable the firm to merge with Wachovia Securities. Prior to his most recent responsibilities with Prudential Securities, Buchalter was Regional Officer for the Southern California Region and had more than $20 billion in client assets in his region and 450 Financial Advisors in 23 branch offices. He was widely regarded as a top Regional Officer and considered one of the most creative minds on Wall Street. Prior to Joining Prudential Securities, Inc, Buchalter was a Senior Executive at PaineWebber where he held the positions of Associate Division Manager, Division Sales Manager, Senior Marketing Director and Branch Manager.
