Many clients prefer e-mail for contacting us about prescription refills (including food), and for giving us progress reports about their cat.
To best serve you and your cat, this service does not replace examinations. Please call to schedule an appointment for examinations if we
have not seen your cat recently, or if a new problem or concern exists. This is necessary since we cannot properly evaluate your cat without
doing a complete examination - in fact, they are required for legal purposes to provide a regular client-patient-veterinary relationship.

Since e-mails are checked at least every 24 hours, but not on Saturdays and Sundays, please contact us at least 48 hours before needing refills.
As long as your cat is doing well and there aren't any urgent questions, feel free to send a progress report on your cat, and we will respond within 48 hours.
