Damages & Returns:
All sale are final. Our products are packaged carefully. All merchandise
must be inspected upon receipt and damage reported immediately.
Please keep packing materials for inspection.
Packing & Shipping:
Small orders will be shipped via UPS and invoiced at 10% of invoice value.
Larger orders ship via common carrier, are invoiced at cost and charges can
vary depending on delivery location and service provided. Additional charges
may apply for shipments outside the continental USA
Paint:
Rayment products come with a galvanized coating/antique patina which
prevents rust. They may also be painted, for a small surcharge.
Payment Terms:
All orders will be in writing and require a 50% deposit. Balance due prior
to goods being shipped. Terms may be negotiated for repeat customers.
Payment is cash, check or charge: VISA/Mastercard. There will be a
$20 fee for returned checks. Price and terms are subject to change without
notice. Price quoted are FOB Wareham, MA USA. All dimensions are
approximate and vary slightly from piece to piece as per hand-made goods.
