• A 4-year BSME with a concentration in mechanics and machine design

• 3 or more years experience in a manufacturing environment

• A thorough understanding of thermoplastic materials and processing

• A proven background of success with process improvements and cost efficiencies

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Experience with MS Office '95 and Autocad

• Direct extrusion experience a big plus
